Great place for discovering San Francisco with knowledgeable staff on an earlier shift.

In overall, the place is charming, has kind staff on an earlier shift. Very central location close enough to Union Square and Tenderloin and restaurants, and pubs and bars are in front of the hotel. There's Daily Grill with nice shots a minute walk from the venue.

There was low water pressure.

Clean and affordable accom with fab location very close to many restaurants, shops and food and night life and Union Square. The room was perfect, bright, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The staff here was lovely, brilliant location. Lovely garden and heated pool.

The great onsite restaurant had plenty of food. Late check-out was useful. Not to mention good wifi! The hotel met expectations, loved my such great stay, I would stay here again.

It is a contemporary property located in Downtown San Francisco district right by Union Square, Tenderloin.

Relaxing stay in the busy area. I loved location and food - they were ideal. Restaurant in hotel was fabulous and the pool area was nice.

Perfect location, PERFECTly clean and secure place. I loved an elegant decor and lovely furniture. The pool was lovely and I had cold drinks in the café bar.

The stuff where marvellous and the design was unique.

Not expensive place to stay while in San Francisco. Rooms where lovely modern and decent size, prime location. A market and shops were right next door. I loved local cuisine served here.

delightful food, fabulous staff. stunning bedroom. it was an absolutely stunning hotel in a nice local area. plus, i went to see a shopping plaza nearby. good restaurant served seafood specialities. personalised service was provided.

The bathroom was tiny.

Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were pleasant. The room was individually decorated and the bathroom huge. It was a pretty area, an excellent place for me. All facilities were renovated too. I had really unforgettable days staying at this neighboring hotel.

There were a market and the shops around the hotel. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Dojima-Ann that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Facilities were basic too...
